1. Dashcam power disconnection
We disconnect dashcam power on all vehicles in our care. Cars sit unused during service and dashcams can drain the battery; this protects it. Most shops follow the same procedure. Power is reconnected before delivery.
2. Test drives & liability insurance
For accurate diagnosis and verification, we road-test before, during, and after service. Any incident during a test drive is covered by our garage liability insurance. Under the policy terms a rental car is not provided (repair and insurance handling are covered); to minimize inconvenience, NHC MOTORS arranges a courtesy car where possible.
3. Service agreement
We are unable to proceed with service without agreement to the above. These policies exist to protect the trust between us and to deliver our best work. Thank you for understanding.
Warranty (A/S) policy
1. Free re-inspection period
Under Korean law (Motor Vehicle Management Act, Rule 134), if the same issue recurs on a part we serviced, we re-inspect and repair free of charge within: 90 days (vehicle under 1 year or 20,000 km) · 60 days (under 3 years or 60,000 km) · 30 days (over 3 years or 60,000 km), from the service date. In practice, we look after our work generously beyond the legal minimum.
2. The premise — direct verification
We cannot take responsibility for what we cannot verify. Conversely, what we have verified, we stand behind completely. If a part we serviced is repaired or disassembled elsewhere before we can re-inspect it, the cause can no longer be determined and it is excluded from warranty and compensation. If something feels wrong, contact us first before anyone touches the car.

1. Appointment only
We limit the number of cars per day. Please book by phone (+82-31-258-1617) before visiting.
2. Estimates
A quote without seeing the car is a guess, not a diagnosis — and we don't quote by guesswork. Except for consumables (oil, brake pads), we provide estimates after inspecting the car, with evidence.
3. Customer-supplied parts
Installation-only jobs with parts we did not source are respectfully declined, as we cannot stand behind their quality and warranty.
4. No-shows
A missed appointment is another customer's lost opportunity. We are unable to accept future bookings after a no-show without notice. Rescheduling is always welcome with advance notice.
5. Parts pre-orders
Non-returnable items — special-order and imported parts, tires — are ordered after prepayment is confirmed. Once ordered, cancellation and refunds are not possible; we confirm the exact item and price with you before ordering.
6. Payment & release
Vehicles are released after payment is completed. This applies equally to every customer — no deferred payment or credit. Cash and card prices are identical, and all revenue is properly reported. We believe transparent transactions are where trust begins.

Can I visit without an appointment?
We are appointment-only and limit cars per day. Same-day service is unlikely without booking — please call +82-31-258-1617 first.
Can I get an estimate by phone?
Only for consumables (engine oil, brake pads). For everything else, accurate diagnosis requires seeing the car — we provide a detailed explanation after inspection.
Will you install parts I bring myself?
We respectfully decline customer-supplied parts, as we cannot guarantee quality and warranty on parts we did not source.
Do you only service imports?
We specialize in imports and supercars, but Korean domestic cars receive the same standard and equipment — many of our reviews are from domestic-car owners.
What is the ride-along test?
We drive the car together with you to experience the symptom directly — the most accurate way to pinpoint noises and vibrations that are hard to describe. Part of our patented total-inspection program.
How is Road Force different from normal balancing?
