No-shows — because we limit cars per day, a missed appointment is another customer's lost opportunity. We are unable to accept future bookings after a no-show without notice. Rescheduling is always welcome with advance notice.
Customer-supplied parts — installation-only jobs with parts we did not source are respectfully declined, as we cannot stand behind their quality and warranty.
