1. Scope and operator

This notice covers personal information and cookies associated with using nhcmotors.com. The site has no online account registration or personal-information entry form. You can read service cases without providing contact or vehicle details.

This notice covers website-use information. You can also contact the shop about your vehicle service records, bookings and consultations.

The site is operated by NHC Co., Ltd. (NHC Motors), business registration number 366-88-01998, at 524 Maesonggosaek-ro, Gwonseon-gu, Suwon, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea. Call 031-258-1617 with questions.

2. Website-use information

The website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM). Information that may be processed includes page addresses, visit and engagement time, referral sources, device and browser details, approximate region, identifiers such as cookies, and clicks on call, Naver and Kakao buttons. A button click is not proof of a completed call or booking.

GA4 does not log or store IP addresses, but IP addresses may be used to communicate with the site and process location information. Website analytics uses identifiers such as cookies.

The home page uses browser sessionStorage to remember expanded sections and scroll position for the browser session.

3. Purposes and Google settings

Website information helps us understand visits and content use and evaluate advertising results, including interactions with call and booking links. Google signals and Google ads personalization settings are enabled. For a signed-in user who has agreed to relevant Google settings, visit information may be associated with other Google information and used to measure connected Google Ads campaigns or personalize ads. This does not mean NHC Motors can view an individual's Google search history.

A website button click is different from a phone consultation. A click alone does not reveal the consultation content or booking result.

4. Retention

As checked on September 25, 2026, the GA4 event-data retention setting is two months and the user-data retention setting is 14 months. New activity resets the user-data retention period. These settings do not describe the retention of standard aggregate GA4 reports.

5. Outside services and links

We use Google LLC services including Analytics, Tag Manager and YouTube, and Cloudflare Inc. for site delivery and security. Website-use information may be processed on servers outside Korea as part of these services. An embedded youtube-nocookie video can still connect to Google when accessed or played.

When you follow a Naver or Kakao link, that service's privacy notice applies. You can also contact NHC about booking or consultation information you send to us through those services. 6. Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies does not block all communication and may change how some features work. Check the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers. You can also manage your Google activity and Google ad settings.

7. Requests and contact

To request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of website-use information, call 031-258-1617. We will confirm the person making the request and its scope, then explain how it will be handled. If a legal preservation requirement applies, we will explain that reason.
