BG is a vehicle maintenance specialist founded in the United States in 1971. It develops and manufactures cleaners, additives and specialty lubricants along with the dedicated equipment to apply them, and provides technical training and service procedures for technicians.

The service records published on this site are that work. At NHC we use BG chemicals and dedicated equipment according to each vehicle's condition and the purpose of the job. Which product is used, how the fluid is exchanged, and what to look at during the next inspection — the care carries through all of it.
Not just repairing after something breaks, but keeping the car in good condition so it can be enjoyed for a long time. We apply this principle equally to imported and domestic vehicles.

A long record rather than a single impression
NHC has followed the condition of cars that come back year after year. We use that accumulated service data and hands-on experience when choosing products and planning maintenance.
Applied to match condition and specification
We don't switch products just because something is in fashion. We look at the vehicle's condition and how it is used, then decide on the product, the method and the service interval.

BG is used in workshops around the world.
We look at trust confirmed through long use rather than flashy marketing. What matters more than passing attention is whether a product can still be relied on years later. BG is a U.S. professional automotive care brand that develops and manufactures its own chemicals and dedicated equipment and has long provided technician training as well. Alongside that long manufacturing history, the basis for applying its products can also be found in automaker service programs and technical service documents.
When NHC selects a product, “can we use this on a customer's car with confidence?” weighs far more heavily than “how much margin does it carry?” The manufacturer's history and technology, the documented basis for applying the product, and real usage data are our criteria. Our experience since 2003 — using BG and watching the condition of cars that keep returning — goes into that judgment too.
In the United States, BG runs a joint fuel-system care product and service program with Ford and Lincoln's Motorcraft, and also cooperates with GM's ACDelco service program. JLR's technical service documents likewise contain validation and usage guidance for specific BG products.
Joint program launched in 2024 for the U.S. dealer network. It applies approved Motorcraft fuel-system care products, equipment and services.

Even the same oil change
differs in how the work is done.
We don't finish by draining the old oil and pouring in new. We look at the condition of the oil as it comes out, carry out the exchange with the product and equipment suited to that system, and check the final fluid level. You can see that process in the actual Mulsanne maintenance videos.
How do we change engine oil and transmission fluid?
From checking the drained oil to removing residual oil, changing the filter and verifying the fill level. BG MOA was used together with the engine oil, and ZF LifeguardFluid 8 in the 8-speed transmission.
